Prices All prices are in Danish kroner (DKK) and include 25% VAT. Shipping is shown at checkout before you pay. We reserve the right to make changes in the event of typographical errors, sold-out items and price changes.
Payment We accept Visa, Mastercard, MobilePay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna. The amount is only charged when the item is shipped.
The contract The contract is concluded when you have received our order confirmation by e-mail. Check the order confirmation and contact us as soon as possible if anything is wrong.
Delivery We ship within 1–2 working days with GLS to the parcel shop of your choice. See our shipping policy.
Right of withdrawal and returns As a private consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. See our returns policy.
Complaints You have a 2-year right to complain (statutory warranty) under the Danish Sale of Goods Act. See our returns policy.
Business customers The right of withdrawal does not apply to purchases made as a business. Special agreements on prices, payment and delivery apply if they have been agreed in writing.
Complaint options If you are dissatisfied, please contact us first at info@sejdesign.dk. If we cannot find a solution, you can, as a consumer, file a complaint with the Danish Board of Appeal (Nævnenes Hus), Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, via naevneneshus.dk.
