How do I choose the right size?
Measure the space where the product will stand. The product's dimensions are on the product page. If you're unsure about a combination, we're happy to help.
Can I buy a ready-made set?
Yes. Under <a href='/en/collections/bestseller-saet'>Bestseller Sets</a> you'll find selected combinations. The product page shows exactly what the set contains. Styling, plants and other props are not included.
How do I clean the products?
See materials and care on each product page. Rubber products, wooden lids, granules and the care product need different care.
When will I receive my order?
The stated delivery time in Denmark is 1–3 working days. Shipping costs and options are shown at checkout.
How do shipping and returns work?
Shipping is free on orders over DKK 500 in Denmark. See the <a href='/en/policies/shipping-policy'>shipping policy</a> and the <a href='/en/policies/refund-policy'>returns policy</a> for the terms that apply.
