Refund policy
Right of withdrawal As a private consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your item. You do not need to give a reason. If your order consists of several items delivered separately, the period runs from the day you receive the last item.
How to withdraw Write to info@sejdesign.dk within the 14 days and state your order number. You can also use the withdrawal form at the bottom of the page. You then have a further 14 days to return the item to:

You pay the return shipping costs yourself. Send the parcel with tracking, as we are not liable for it until we have received it.
Condition of the item You may examine the item as you would in a physical shop. If the item has been used or damaged beyond that, we may deduct the loss in value from the amount we refund. Please return the item in its original packaging.
Refunds We refund the purchase amount, including the original standard shipping, no later than 14 days after we have received your notice that you are withdrawing from the purchase. We may withhold the refund until we have received the item or until you have provided proof that it has been sent back. The money is refunded via the payment method you used.
Complaints You have a 2-year right to complain (statutory warranty) under the Danish Sale of Goods Act. If there is a fault with the item, write to info@sejdesign.dk with your order number, a short description and a photo of the fault. If the complaint is justified, we will cover reasonable shipping costs. The right to complain does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by incorrect use.
Business customers The right of withdrawal only applies to private consumers. For purchases made as a business, the terms we have agreed with you apply.
