Delivery

SEJ Design always strives to dispatch goods as quickly as possible. If the goods are in stock, we usually send them within 1-3 working days. We send the goods with GLS to the desired parcel shop. Please allow 1-2 days for delivery.

Right of withdrawal and returns

At SEJ Design, you always have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the item, as long as the item has not been used and is in its original packaging. Once SEJ Design approves the return, we will transfer the money back to your account as quickly as possible. The amount will be refunded using the same payment method as you used for the original transaction. No fee will be charged as a result of the refund.

You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the goods without notifying us at the same time. If you refuse to receive your purchase, we will deduct shipping costs from your refund for the returned item.

When returning an item, you must notify SEJ Design in writing via email within the cancellation period that you wish to cancel the purchase. info@sejdesign.dk.

SEJ Design does not pay for postage or packaging costs when returning items. SEJ Design is not responsible for the item until it has been received. We therefore recommend sending the item with proof of postage. We cannot create return labels, so you are responsible for sending the item back to SEJ Design yourself.

When making a claim, please contact us in writing via email info@sejdesign.dk with photographic documentation. SEJ Design reserves the right to assess the depreciation of the product if the item in question has been used. SEJ Design reserves the right to withhold repayment until we have received the returned claim goods, or after presented documentation that the goods have been dispatched.

Complaints

All items purchased on https://sejdesign.dk is covered by the Purchase Act's 2-year warranty, which means you can make a claim for defects and deficiencies in the product up to 2 years after the date of purchase. The warranty is void in case of incorrect use, wear and tear, or lack of maintenance of the products.

Payment

At SEJ Design, you can pay by Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Mastercard, JCB and Discover. All prices are inclusive of VAT and are quoted in Danish kroner. The amount will be debited from your account when the item is dispatched from our warehouse.
