SEJ Design always endeavours to dispatch goods as quickly as possible.
If the item is in stock, we usually dispatch it within 1–3 working days.
We will send the goods with GLS to the desired parcel shop. Please allow 1-2 days for delivery.
Right of withdrawal and returns
At SEJ Design, you always have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the item, as long as the item has not been used and is in its original packaging. Once SEJ Design approves the return, we will transfer the money back to your account as quickly as possible. The amount will be refunded using the same payment method as you used for the original transaction. No fee will be charged as a result of the refund.
You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item without also notifying us. If you refuse to receive your purchase, we will deduct shipping costs from the refund of the returned item.
When returning, you must inform SEJ Design within the cancellation period that you have cancelled the purchase. This must be done in writing by email to info@sejdesign.dk

SEJ Design does not pay for postage or packaging costs for returned items. SEJ Design is not responsible for the item until it has been received. We therefore recommend sending the item with a receipt. We cannot create return labels, so you are responsible for returning the item to SEJ Design yourself.
When making a claim, please contact us in writing via email info@sejdesign.dk with photographic documentation. SEJ Design reserves the right to assess the depreciation of the product if the item in question has been used. SEJ Design reserves the right to withhold repayment until we have received the returned claim goods, or after presented documentation that the goods have been dispatched.
